Who may use the service

Accounts, listings, inquiries, and player requests must be created by adults. Parents or legal guardians must control listings involving minors.

Listings and communications

• Provide accurate, current information and update or remove stale listings.
• Post only photos, logos, flyers, and text you own or have permission to use.
• Do not post private contact information for minors or content that is misleading, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative, or unlawful.
• Do not use the marketplace for spam, scraping, harassment, or unrelated solicitation.

Marketplace role

NTX Select Portal provides listing and communication tools. We do not employ, endorse, insure, background-check, or guarantee teams, coaches, providers, families, events, pricing, availability, safety, or outcomes. Users must independently verify identities, credentials, schedules, facilities, costs, insurance, and applicable organization rules.

Safety and minors

Use adult-to-adult communication. Meet in appropriate public or supervised settings, follow team and governing-body safety policies, and never rely on a listing as a substitute for due diligence. Report suspicious or unsafe content promptly.

Moderation

We may review, edit, reject, pause, remove, or preserve content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address reports, protect users, or comply with law. Featured placement does not constitute endorsement.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NTX Select Portal is not liable for user conduct, third-party services, missed opportunities, inaccurate listings, or indirect damages arising from use of the marketplace.
