Privacy Policy
NTX Select Portal is a marketplace for youth baseball and fastpitch opportunities. We collect only the information needed to publish listings, route private inquiries, moderate content, and operate the service.
Information we collect
- Listing details, including team, training, player availability, location, age group, classification, and optional photos or flyers.
- Adult contact information used for account access, listing management, moderation, and private inquiries.
- Messages and request decisions submitted through the marketplace.
- Basic operational information needed for security, reliability, and aggregate marketplace analytics.
How information is used
We use information to publish approved listings, send service emails, connect listing owners with interested parties, review reports, prevent misuse, and understand marketplace activity. Adult contact information is not displayed on public listings.
Children and minors
The service is intended for adults acting for teams, training providers, or players. Children should not submit listings or contact information themselves. A parent or guardian must control player listings and consent to any player photo. Do not publish a minor’s home address, school, personal phone number, personal email, daily schedule, or other information that could identify their precise location.
Photos and uploads
Uploaded images may be displayed publicly. Image location and camera metadata are removed during upload, but visible uniforms, signs, backgrounds, and filenames may still reveal information. Upload only content you own or have permission to use.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the marketplace, deliver email, host files, comply with law, or protect users. Listings and related records may be retained while active and for a reasonable period afterward for moderation, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Your choices
Listing owners can edit, pause, renew, or remove listings through their dashboard or secure management link. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for security or legal reasons.
